Production for Flins, Phainon, Mydei, Varka and Lighter has started! Valeriy's sample has also been ordered. The estimate for the finished dolls is 60 business days, and for Valeriy's sample the estimate is 20 business days. I will keep you informed of any updates regarding the production or sample once I receive any news :)

Hello all!
I hosted a giveaway just for my backers a while back. You didn't have to do anything on your end; if you pledged and payment went through then you're automatically entered into the draw. The winner is chosen randomly through a random number generator. The prize is 1 plushie, so the winner can either choose an additional plushie design or they can get a refund on 1 plushie. And the winner is...

Just FYI, the reason for 112 entries is because I had to include the people who dropped their pledges since Kickstarter doesn't remove their numbers for me.
On an unrelated note, I have a few people ask if they can also purchase my old HSR plushies and combine the shipping together with the new series. I added the old plushie designs to the pre-order store, so you can still nab a goober if you missed out on my previous Kickstarter! The designs available are March 7th, Dan Heng, Dr. Ratio, Argenti, Gallagher, and Robin. If you've already completed your survey, you can still edit until July 23rd.

surveys are out! important info for Pledge Over Time backers

Hello everyone!
Surveys have been sent out! This survey is sent from BackerKit and I will need to collect some information from you. If you don't see the email, please be sure to check your Promotions, Socials and Spam tab. The information I will need from you are:
1. The character(s) you want for your rewards
2. Your mailing address
The cost of shipping, which was calculated based on your location and weight of the package, will be shown in the survey, but I will not charge you until closer to fulfillment.
I've also opened a pre-order store so you can order additional plushies. In the survey, after you've selected the character(s) you want, you can add extra plushies in the 'Add-ons' section.
Please fill out your survey by July 23 2026! Surveys will be locked and you will no longer be able to change your reward selection. However, you can still change your mailing address until I start shipping out the rewards. I will send another e-mail to everyone to let you know when to finalize your mailing address.
IMPORTANT: If you opted for Pledge Over Time (for backers who pledged $175+ where the pledge is collected over 3 equal payment installments), please be aware that the survey can only be sent once the final payment has been completed on Kickstarter. Only then will the survey be imported to BackerKit. If a backer has a failed payment in Kickstarter, you will be marked as 'Dropped', but will receive a BackerKit survey where you can pay the balance owed. You'll receive the survey within 48 hours of your final successful payment or after 15 days of any failed charge. For the time being, I will send a DM out to these backers to collect the designs you want. This is to ensure that I order the correct amount for each plushie design on time and to guarantee that you get the characters you want!

kickstarter is a success! what happens next?

Hi everyone,
A huge thank you to you all for helping me fund 6 new plushie designs! This wouldn't have been possible without your support and trust in me, and I really appreciate it!
Kickstarter should have charged the card you have on file, but there are a few with card errors. This most likely happens if the card you provided was expired and double check that your card details are correct. If the details on your card are correct, you may need to contact your payment provider to allow the payment to go through! Please get this sorted as soon as possible. If your card issue isn't resolved, your pledge will be canceled and you won't receive the rewards.
In the next few days, a survey will be e-mailed to you from BackerKit. You'll be able to choose the characters you want for your rewards, and the costs of shipping will be calculated as well based on your location and the amount of plushies you pledged for. I'll provide more info about the surveys once they're ready!
As a reminder, here is the estimated timeline of production:
✿ Early July 2026 - Surveys are sent out to backers
✿ Mid July 2026 - Surveys are locked, funds received, and mass production begins
✿ August to November 2026 - Production time is quoted around 60 days according to the manufacturer. Extra time has been allotted in case of any delays + Golden Week holidays
✿ November to December 2026 - Shipping from manufacturer to me. Shipping time by freight is quoted around 40 days by the manufacturer.
✿ December 2026 - January 2027 - Plushies arrive! I quality check every plushie.
✿ February - March 2027 - Rewards are shipped out to you! (ɔ◔‿◔)ɔ ♥

Thanks for voting on the next Snezhnaya character design! Valeriy is the winner yippeee!

Please be aware that there may be some slight changes to the plushie if more information gets released soon about him. The cryo emblem is only a temporary placeholder and I'll change it to the correct element once his vision is confirmed.
His design is already unlocked so you can pledge now! If you've already pledged, he's available as an add-on so you won't lose the early bird tier pricing if you were one of the early backers. He's priced at $53 CAD until the end of the campaign, so he will be discounted.
I know the timing is pretty bad, and I really wish I could design more plushies. I want to so badly, but there sadly isn't enough time before the Kickstarter ends and I'm unable to extend it either. However, I'm really open to making more Sneznayan characters in the future and will definitely keep your suggestions in consideration for my next set of plushes!
